Thank you for shopping with Missoni Miami. We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, excluding items marked as Final Sale or customized items.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
All items marked Final Sale
All items marked as On Sale
All swimwear items
All customized or personalized items
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
Be in original condition
Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Have all original tags attached
Include all original packaging, such as boxes and dust bags
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
One prepaid return label is provided per order
All items must be returned in a single parcel
Returns must be shipped using the same carrier as the original delivery (DHL or FedEx)
If your order arrived in multiple parcels, items must be repacked in their original packaging, using the corresponding return labels for each parcel
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges, insurance, and handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Refunds are processed once the return has been received and inspected
Promotions & Adjustments
Please note that refunds are subject to adjustment if promotional offers were applied at the time of purchase. Any applicable:

Promotional offers
Free items
Coupons
will be prorated and reflected in the refunded amount.

Missoni Miami reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
